For Sale, Yamaha XS650 Flat Tracker - Manchester, UK £1800 GBP
Restored and improved flat tracker style. Recently powder coated frame, fenders, panels and clocks. Custom seat and exhaust. Flat renthal style bar. Modern ignition system. Electric starter and Kick start. All the work done to the bike is of a really high standard and the bike looks great for it and always gets compliments. Tank is original condition with a few chips (cosmetic only, no dents). I’ve kept it as is as I like the originality to it but it’s good condition for a repaint if you want a modern finish. Carbs can be improved, while it performs fine it’s had some retrofit air filters fitted by previous owner so tweaking might improve the performance or I have a set of original XS650 air filter boxes I will include in sale if you want to return to originals. Minor oil leak, I suspect from the starter gasket, always meant to get around to this along with refurbishing the starter motor but never a priority as not a great concern and a bike of this age deserves a little incontinence be overlooked, only marking his territory after all.
Tax and MOT expire September 2013, 1000 miles done since and no doubt it will pass this year without any work. Tyres and brakes are good. I’ve been as honest as I can to avoid wasting my time and yours. The mileage will go up as it’s regularly ridden. We’re buying first house so I need to grow up apparently. If you’ve any questions I’m always happy to talk bikes so inbox me your number and I will get back to you when I can.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve played this video just to listen to it. It’s been a long wait to get mine on the road and this has kept me going
